Boulder, Nevada Ceramic Tile Mural

Welcome

In 2004 I was approach by a representative of the Boulder City, Nevada, Parks and Recreation in regard to creating a ceramic tile mural. The following is a sample of the process.

What followed over the period of a year, myself and twenty local artisans worked together under my guidence to creat the Sundial Mural.

Images of the finished mural

The Mural was to depict Lake mead, the surrounding rocky terrain and samples of local wild life.

Hello

Welcome

I had the pleasure of directing the creation of the Hemingway Mural in Boulder City, Nevada in 2003/2004 and finally in 2005. The mural was created in the Art Dept of the Parks and Recreation Center by artists from the local community. Below you will find imagery depicting the long arduous process.
